១ចុចប៊ូតុង start --> run--> វាយពាក្យថា regedit
២ចូលទៅ HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\Notify
៣ដល់ត្រង់នេះចូរស្វែងរក folder ដែលមានឈ្មោះចា WgaLogon ហើយលប់ចោល(ចុចម៉ៅស៍ស្តាំហើយ យកDELETE)
ហើយ restart ម៉ាស៊ីនឡើងវិញជាការស្រេច

វិធីដោះស្រាយទី២
1. ចុចប៊ូតុង​ Start -> Run វាយពាក្យបញ្ជា regedit ហើយចុច OK​​ ឬចុចEnter ដើម្បីបើកកម្មវិធី Registry Editor
2. នៅលើកម្មវិធី Registry Editor ចុចលើមឺនុយ File -> Export ហើយជ្រើសរើសទីតាំងដើម្បីផ្ទុកហ្វាយល៍បេកអាប់រីជីស្ទ្រីជាមុនសិន ក្នុងករណីកើតមានការភ្លាំងភ្លាត់ក្នុងការកែខៃ
3. បន្ទាប់មកចូលទៅកាន់​ >> HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion
\Winlogon\Notify <<> Run វាយពាក្យបញ្ជាចា regsvr32 %windir%\system32\LegitCheckControl.dll /u ហើយ OK
7. ចាប់ផ្តើមម៉ាស៊ីនឡើងវិញម្តងទៀត ហើយចូលCommand Promt(Start -> Run វាយពាក្យ cmd)
ហើយវាយពាក្យបញ្ជាចា del %windir%\system32\wgalogon.alt ហើយ Enter
បន្ទាប់មកទៀត del %windir%\system32\wgatray.alt ហើយ Enter
ចុងក្រោយ del %windir%\system32\legitcheckcontrol.dll ចុច Enter
8. បើក Registry Editor ហើយចូលទៅ​ >> HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\Notify << ហើយលុប Subkey ឈ្មោះ WgaLogon ដែលវិនដូវស៍បានបង្កើតថ្មីនេះម្តងទៀត 9. ចុងបញ្ចប់ចូលទៅ >> HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall << ហើយលប់ Subkey ឈ្មោះ WgaNotify ហើយបិត Registry Editor ហើយចាប់ផ្តើមម៉ាស៊ីនម្តងទៀតជាការស្រេច
